EMERGENCE RESPONSE
Rising from Crisis: Through Emergency Relief Initiatives
We implemented integrated emergency response program for drought-affected communities, including conflict with four target regions, including Sool (incl. Lascanod), Sanag, Togdheer, and Marodijeex. The program consist of child protection in emerging, SBC, Wash, and GBV for the most vulnerable people which was afflicted by conflict, climate change, and drought.
The WASH in emergencies services, GBV prevention and responses in emergence, Child protection in emergence and SBC Program formed one of the most significant initiatives. Through the expansion of the SBC program, this project has enhanced accountability, social and behavioral transformation, and protection for the most vulnerable children, women, and girls impacted by the drought.
