Adolescent and youth empowerment

UPSHIFT is a adolescent and youth empowerment program that provides income opportunities for vulnerable groups, including survivors of gender-based violence, underprivileged young people, and those affected by droughts and conflict. The program focuses on two components: Life Skill Programs (language classes, computer skills, art sessions) and Business Entrepreneurship Program (guidance from idea to startup, seed funding). UPSHIFT aims to create empowered youth/ Adolescents in making their communities safer and more resilient.
